What people ask most
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and all the site's files are yours — you can take them and move elsewhere at any point. Nothing is locked to us.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
We work with what you have — we process and arrange your existing photos so they look as good as they can. If you shoot better ones later, swapping them in is part of maintenance.
Can guests book and pay online?
The basic site works on enquiries: the guest sends a request, you confirm and agree payment. Online card payment can be added, but it needs a contract with a payment provider — get in touch if that interests you and we will go through the options.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from the moment we have your photos and the basic information about the units. Out of season it can be faster.
What if I want to stop the maintenance later?
You get all the files and we help you move to a host of your choosing. There is no contractual lock-in and no cancellation fee.
